Most exhibit houses buy their aluminum from someone else, print somewhere else, and hope it all lines up on the show floor. Not FIVE. That overhead header and those clean structural columns are built from our workhorse 80mm SEG extrusion — a precision aluminum profile engineered in-house to hold tension-fabric graphics drum-tight across spans, corners, and curves.

The same building that prints your graphics machines the frame. That's how the color matches, the seams disappear, and it all snaps together on the floor — every time.

Meet the 80mm SEG.

At 3.15" × 1.97" of engineered aluminum, the 80mm is the profile behind the majority of our builds. Deep enough to span wide headers without sag, slim enough to disappear behind the fabric, and grooved on every face to lock SEG graphics in with a silicone edge — no visible hardware, no wrinkles, no compromise.

Wrap the frame in flawless fabric.

An extrusion is only half the story. Dye-sublimated SEG graphics stretch wrinkle-free across every FIVE profile — rich, saturated color edge to edge, with no hot spots and no seams. Because we print and machine under one roof, the fabric is cut to the exact groove tolerance of the aluminum it wraps.

One profile is just the beginning.

The 80mm is one piece of a complete FIVE extrusion line — curves, corners, towers, tube frames, hidden connectors, light-box profiles and more. Whatever you can design, we have the aluminum and the engineering to build it.

SEG Profiles

From slim 30mm reveals to 200mm light-box housings — a groove and depth for every graphic.

Structural Shapes
